Grace – Oh my gosh, that’s what I should have named this post! What was I thinking! “Weak in the Knees Coffee Toffee Bars,” it has such a ring to it! (Proof that one should not devour the goods while writing about them on your blog…it makes it impossible to concentrate!) Is it too late to change the title now?

Mike – Definitely give these a go, they are sexy and divine and when served at room temperature, they’re even seductive.

Antonia – Trust me, make the exception. This is the first rich dessert bar where I’ve made a 13×9 pan, had it disappear this quickly and have actually thought about making it again so soon. I am sooo having these set out for the holidays.
