Sandie, this is a good answer for many of us trying to slim down in January without neglecting dessert. Easy peasy and yummo.

I love the idea of a non-guilty dessert Sandie! Thanks for that recipe -plus we even get crumble topping! :)

Making desserts in ramekins is inspired — instant and classy portion control, and nobody feels like they are not getting a “whole” dessert. I have piles of ramekins in my cellar, and I tend to pull them out only for baking. Why? I’m going to start using them as serving dishes for all sorts of desserts. Thanks for the inspiration.

i think you hit the nail on the head with your two bullet points–yes…portion control is my problem. :) even though this is guilt-free, i still have to remind myself to stop at one serving, or possibly two. :)

These sound so good! And you’re so right about portion control. I can never have just one cookie!

Guilt after having having dessert is a good thing… Keeps us from eating to much no?
That means this guilt free dessert could be dangerous :)

I can finally say , that I found my favorite Website.
I love to cook and even better , I love home cooked meals. I’ve never been very good w/ breakfast and deserts, Finding this site , experimenting the recipes and trying the end result is like expading the horizon.

First time I saw it , i felt a light bulb turn on in my head. Things are so simple to make but very elagant aswell. Eye catching.

I want to thank the people that participate on this web site. It certainly has made my mariage much better.
