		<description>Came by the other day (thank you foodgawker) and saw this recipe. Made them this morning.  It was just me, so I did 2 with mashed potatoes and meatloaf (leftovers), 2 with chicken adobo and spinach (also leftovers), and 2 with bacon and cheese.

Thank you so much for this, although I did eat all 6 of them in one sitting...</description>

		<description>Thanks for this great recipe!  I just made these for my family, and they were a HUGE hit!  My mother-in-law declared them a tradition, and insists I made them every year.  

I used pepper jack cheese, and then alternated honey ham and cauliflower (for the vegetarians).  Next time I&#039;ll make sure my first layer is more evenly disbursed across the bottom of each cup.
