I am loving the hashbrown crust here Sandie. This would be such a hearty way to start any day:D
why can’t all quiches be so fat, fluffy, and full of goodness? so many of the restaurants i’ve been to serve flat and bland wedges of nothing. this is great.
This sounds fab… a hearty lunch with a salad, glass of wine? Another glass of wine?
This would be perfect with your Blueberry Walnut Crunch…talk about comfort food…!!!!
This looks so incredible! I’ve been a longtime quiche fan yet I haven’t actually made one in years. I would absolutely love to try this one.
I so need to get myself to a B&B soon!
Oh my. Your picture hooked me but your recipe reeled me in!!!!
I love quiche, but lack the ‘pie crust making’ gene, so I stopped trying. Your recipe solves all my problems & it wouldn’t hurt me to try a gluten free life style. Some recipes sound like they’ll taste like ‘pooh’, but yours sounds better than the picture looks.
I’m off to the store for ingredients! You’ve made my day. (And probably my dinner too!)
Thanks!
Reading your blog makes me want a vacation. Or, at least, someone to cook for me!
What a great idea for a blog. And what delightful, mouth watering recipes! Yum! The crumble looks like the kind of treat that would be gobbled up quickly.
This looks so delicious, I just love egg dishes!
Who wouldathunk a newspaper under the plate would look so great in a food photo! Way to go Chloe. You are so creative and I can’t wait to try the hashbrown crust.
