Brownies on steroids sound excellent to me right now. Namely because I have two insane tests next week and have been studying for what feels like a lifetime. These seem like fudgy perfection.
My kind of brownies! Can’t wait to make these!
Whoa, now these look fabulous!
those look so darn good. Love their name too!
Chocolate always helps but chocolate with nuts, coconut and toffee – even more helpful
My goodness, they look so good!
Usually I need chocolate therapy every Monday evening!
Thanks for sharing such an amazing recipe!
Chocolate always helps! My mother used to claim that Hershey bars had medicinal properties, and I believed her. I still do.
chocolate is always a helper and forget the in-laws these are mine. decadent, rich and so good!
Sandie, I couldn’t agree more. Sometimes chocolate just helps! That look divine-lucky I have some chocolate to hand round about now!
whaddya mean, ’sometimes’?? chocolate ALWAYS helps! unless, say, you’re battling phlegm issues. then it might not be so useful. fortunately, i’m not in war against mucus right now, so i’m pretty keen on these brownies.
Can you hear my lips smacking:D
Joanne – Studying and taking two insane tests are definitely cause for chocolate therapy. May all your hard work and preparation pay off!
Maria – Enjoy! (They are even better the 2nd day, so make sure to stash a few squares away.)
Jamie – Thank you
OneShotBeyond – The name is what drew me too them. Who could pass up a description like that!
Susan – All these ingredients work so well in this recipe—perfect harmony and balance.
Chef Aimee – I think most people need some chocolate therapy on Mondays—for differing reasons of course
Lydia – Sometimes, mothers are right
Meeta – I agree: there are desserts so good, you want to keep them all to yourself. Fortunately this recipe makes enough to share—even with the in-laws
Lorraine – See? I’ve always thought chocolate should be one of the food groups—if for emotional health alone
Grace – Always v. Sometimes—the battle is on!
Val – I thought I heard something. Had no idea it was your lips smacking though
Sandie, I am so happy that you now have the Andon-Reid B&B featured on your site. They are a shining example of the great inns in our state organization, the North Carolina Bed & Breakfast & Inns (NCBBI). And this recipe looks absolutely sinful!
Chloe from Big Mill B&B
These are the best looking brownies I’ve ever seen in a long time. Wow!! I’m bookmarking this recipe. Thank you for sharing it.
Waw! I am truly gobsmacked!!
These look so tasty & appetizing too!
They say: EAT ME!!!
Oh yummy! It’s so chocolatey. Gotta have one bar of that now.
So true that chocolate makes everything better … especially chocolate brownies. Can’t wait to make these. Thanks so much for sharing.
Chocolate makes pregnancy all better. I am currently 35 weeks pregnant and I have two little boys and by the end of the day, I am spent. Chocolate ice cream, chocolate candy or chocolate baked goods are the best thing to wind down with.
You’ve got your post title exactly right. Wow. These brownies are LOADED. I may have to make these this weekend! Chocolate is not the only cure, but it’s right up there!
