The honey-garlic dressing does sound amazing. I’m big into honey with savory ingredients these days – such a great combo.

The fruit and apples here are the perfect amount of sweetness to curb our cravings for more sinful treats.

walnuts are absolutely key in most salads i eat–i love the flavor and crunch. the other components are great too, especially that dressing! nice find.

To make the dressing even easier on the calorie budget, I’d substitute rice vinegar for some of the oil. I’ve gotten away from using oil on salads at home by having very flavorful vinegars on hand, and combining them with a tiny bit of sweetness (unless they are sweet vinegars, which need no accompaniment) from agave nectar. Great combination.

What a fabulous photo! Makes you want to run right to the kitchen to make this salad! I like the garlic in the dressing, not something you see too often in a salad with fruit.
