I do enjoy your style of writing as you make it fun and informative at the same time and the new layout is just great. Again I am not a gourmet cook by any stretch of the imagination and the way you present the recipes and directions encourage me to give them a try. So I’d have to say the quality that appeals to me the most in your blog is “the writer’s unique voice and viewpoint”. Being an old man and learning to cook “properly” may come in handy as one never knows when he may need such a trait to impress a special someone. Thank you!
