There’s a reason this bottle of Mirassou Cabernet Sauvignon is 3/4 empty and the glass appears, shall we say, sipped from. Yes. This wine is that good.
A smooth, delicious red, Mirassou’s vintage 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon pairs nicely with steaks, spare ribs and salad, and is ideal for for sipping on the deck or enjoying with appetizers. Retailing for under $15 (you can often find it under $10 if you catch a good sale or shop around,) this California Cabernet proves you don’t have to spend an arm and a leg to get a great tasting, smooth finishing, wine.
Rated 4.35 out of 5 corks by Inn Cuisine, you’ll appreciate Mirassou Cabernet Sauvignon’s hints of spice, berry and black currant flavors and somewhat chocolatey-vanilla undertones. This wine is perfectly suited for casual entertaining at home or serving at your inn’s evening social hour, so enjoy. But be forewarned, your guests may like this wine so much, it would be wise to keep an extra bottle or two on hand. At these prices, you can afford to do so.
FYI – 2004 Mirassou Cabernet Sauvignon received an 85 point rating by Wine Spectator.

Oh I know this wine well… it is one of my favorites!
I haven’t tried this one, I’ll have to check it out.
Thanks for this great suggestion! Anything great under $15, especially $10 a mandatory purchase for us!
